The game begins with the dealer turning over a card to the player on their right. That player must then guess whether the penis on the next card is larger or smaller. If the player gets it wrong, they take a shot, drink for the number of seconds equal to the guess, or simply add a truth or dare element - or remove an item of clothing. Laughter guaranteed!!
