Payment and shipping

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat shipping rate of 4,99 € per order.

We offer free shipping on orders over 29,00 €.

International deliveries:

We charge shipping costs for international deliveries based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

14,90

For orders over 100,00 € we deliver abroad free of shipping charges.

Shipping conditions

The following conditions apply:

Delivery of goods takes place throughout the EU, including Switzerland and Norway.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

The postal number is absolutely required for delivery to a DHL Packstation!

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 3 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
