Processing Time Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping within Germany We ship exclusively via DHL. Delivery time is usually 2–4 business days after shipment. After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number.

Shipping to the EU We deliver to all EU countries via DHL. Delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on the destination country. Any customs duties or import taxes within the EU are waived thanks to the EU single market.

Shipping Costs The current shipping costs will be shown to you at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

Tracking As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking link, where you can view the status of your delivery at any time.
