Sterilization: Sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3 minutes . Apply Intimichic Cleaner (sterilizer) and let the cup dry.

Preparation: Before first insertion, apply some water-based lubricant to make insertion easier.

Position: Find the most comfortable and relaxed position for you.

Insertion: Hold the cup with your fingers, squeeze it as far as possible, and insert it diagonally downward into the vagina. The placement is deeper than with a tampon .
